இளங்கலை பட்டப் படிப்புடன் கூடிய பி.எட். படிப்பு திருவாரூரில் உள்ள தமிழ்நாடு மத்திய பல்கலைக்கழகத்தில் புதிதாக அறிமுகப்படுத்தப்படுகிறது. இந்த 4 ஆண்டு ஒருங்கிணைந்த படிப்பில் சேர்ந்தால் இளங்கலை பட்டம் மற்றும் பி.எட். பட்டத்தை ஒருசேர பெற்றுவிடலாம்.

கலை, அறிவியல் கல்லூரிகளில் படிப்பவர்கள் ஆசிரியர் பணியில் சேர விரும்பினால் பட்டப் படிப்பை முடித்துவிட்டு அதன்பிறகு கல்வியியல் கல்லூரியில் பி.எட். படிப்பில் சேருவார்கள். அதற்கு தனியே விண்ணப்பித்து இடம் கிடைக்குமா என்று தேடி அலைய வேண்டும்.

வரும் கல்வியாண்டில் அறிமுகம்

இந்நிலையில், பட்டப் படிப்புடன் கூடிய பி.எட். படிப்பை ஒருங்கிணைந்த 4 ஆண்டுகால படிப்பாக (பி.ஏ.எட். மற்றும் பி.எஸ்சி.எட்.) திருவாரூரில் உள்ள தமிழ்நாடு மத்திய பல்கலைக்கழகம் வரும் கல்வியாண்டு (2014-15) அறிமுகப்படுத்த உள்ளது. கலை அல்லது அறிவியல் பிரிவு என தங்களுக்கு விருப்பமான ஒருங்கிணைந்த பி.எட். படிப்பை மாணவர்கள் தேர்வு செய்துகொள்ளலாம்.

பிளஸ் 2 தகுதி

இந்த ஒருங்கிணைந்த பி.ஏ.எட்., பி.எஸ்சி.எட். படிப்புகளில் பிளஸ் 2 முடித்தவர்கள் சேரலாம். குறைந்தபட்சம் 60 சதவீத மதிப்பெண் அவசியம். ஓ.பி.சி. பிரிவினர் 55 சதவீத மதிப்பெண், எஸ்.சி., எஸ்.டி. வகுப்பினர் 50 சதவீத மதிப்பெண் பெற்றிருந்தால் போதும்.

கலை, அறிவியல் ஆகிய பிரிவுகளில் ஒவ்வொன்றிலும் தலா 30 இடங்கள் உள்ளன. இந்த பல்கலைக்கழகம் மத்திய கல்வி நிறுவனம் என்பதால் எஸ்.சி., எஸ்.டி. பிரிவினர், ஓ.பி.சி. (இதர பிற்படுத்தப்பட்ட பிரிவு) வகுப்பினர் ஆகியோருக்கு இடஒதுக்கீடு உண்டு.

ஏப்ரலில் நுழைவுத்தேர்வு

தேசிய அளவிலான நுழைவுத்தேர்வு அடிப்படையில் மேற்கண்ட படிப்புகளுக்கு மாணவர்கள் சேர்க்கப்படுவார்கள். தமிழகத்தில் திருவாரூர், சென்னை, மதுரை, கோவை உள்பட நாடு முழுவதும் முக்கிய நகரங்களில் நுழைவுத்தேர்வு ஏப்ரல் 26, 27-ம் தேதிகளில் நடைபெறும்.

நுழைவுத்தேர்வு எழுத விரும்புபவர்கள் ஏப்ரல் 2-ம் தேதிக்குள் ஆன்லைனில் (www.cucet2014.co.in) விண்ணப்பிக்க வேண்டும். நுழைவுத்தேர்வு, பாடத்திட்டம் உள்ளிட்டவை தொடர்பான விவரங்களை பல்கலைக்கழகத்தின் இணையதளத்தில் (www.cutn.ac.in) விளக்கமாக தெரிந்துகொள்ளலாம்.

தேசிய ஆசிரியர் கல்வி கவுன்சில் (என்.சி.டி.இ.) அனுமதி கிடைத்ததும் வரும் கல்வியாண்டில் ஒருங்கிணைந்த பி.எட். படிப்புகள் தொடங்கப்படும் என்று தமிழ்நாடு மத்திய பல்கலைக்கழக துணை பதிவாளர் (கல்வி) ஏ.ஆர்.வெங்கடகிருஷ்ணன் தெரிவித்துள்ளார்.

இதுபோன்ற ஒருங்கிணைந்த பி.ஏ.எட்., பி.எஸ்சி.எட். படிப்புகள் கர்நாடக மாநிலம் மைசூரில் உள்ள மண்டல கல்வி ஆராய்ச்சி நிறுவனத்தில் வழங்கப்படுகிறது. இத்தகைய ஒருங்கிணைந்த பி.எட். படிப்புகள் தமிழகத்தில் தொடங்கப்படுவது இதுவே முதல்முறை.

Seven Central Universities, namely Central Universities of Haryana, Jammu, Jharkhand, Kashmir, Kerala, Rajasthan and Tamil Nadu have come together to conduct  common entrance test for programmes offered in these Universities.

Important Note:

Students who are opting Central University of Tamil Nadu (CUTN) for the Integrated Programmes while applying for CUCET-2014, are advised to send the copy of the Marks Statement of the HSC or equivalent examination to admissions@cutn.ac.in/post/in person in the address Central University of Tamil Nadu, Collectorate Annexe, Thanjavur Road, Thiruvarur-610 004, as soon as the results of the examination are released.

Students who are opting Central University of Tamil Nadu (CUTN) for the PG/Research programmes are requested to send the copy of their Marks Statement of Degree/PG examination to admissions@cutn.ac.in/by post/in person in the address Central University of Tamil Nadu, Collectorate Annexe, Thanjavur Road, Thiruvarur-610 004.

Students who are sending Marks Statement through email are advised to mention Marks Statement-CUCET 2014 in the Subject Line.
