TNPSC Recruitment 2015 – Apply Online for 74 Dy Collector, Superintendent & Other Posts:

Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) has issued notification for the direct recruitment of 74 Deputy Collector, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Assistant Commissioner (C.T) & District Registrar vacancies included in CCS-I Examination (Group-I Services). Eligible candidates can apply online on or before 09-08-2015 till 11:59 PM. Other details like age, educational qualification, selection process, application fee & how to apply are given below…

1. Deputy Collector: 19 Posts
2. Deputy Superintendent of Police: 26 Posts
3. Assistant Commissioner (C.T): 21 Posts
4. District Registrar: 08 Posts

Age Limit: Candidates age minimum 21 years & maximum age limit is 35 years for S.No-1, 2 & 4, 36 years for S.No-3 for SCs, SC(A)s, STs, MBCs/ DCs, BCs, BCMs & DWs of all Castes and below 30 years for S.No-1, 2 & 4, 31 years for S.No-3 for other categories as on 01-07-2015.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Degree or Diploma in criminology and forensic science for S.No-2, Degree either in Commerce & Law for S.No-3.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on their preliminary, written examination, oral test and interview.

Examination Fee: Candidates should have to pay Rs. 125/- (Rs. 50/- is cost of application & Rs. 75/- is Examination Fee) through Online/ Offline mode. Those who have registered in the one time registration system and paid the registration fee of Rs.50/- and received the registration ID need not pay the application fee i.e. Rs.50/- and it is enough to pay the examination fee alone. Candidates have also to pay the service charges applicable to the Bank or Post Office/ Fee Processing Agency. Candidates claiming exemption from examination fee should pay Rs.50/- of Application Cost. SC/ SC(A), ST, MBC/ DC’s, BC’s, BCM’s & DW’s, Ex-Servicemen, Differently Abled persons, other categories of persons etc are exempted from payment of fee

Online Payment: Candidates may pay the fee through the online payment gateway i.e., Net Banking, Credit Card or Debit Card payment, an additional page of the application form will be displayed wherein candidates may follow the instructions and fill in the requisite details to make payment.

Offline Payment: Fee must be paid through Challan (generated from website) in any Indian Bank branch or Post Office with in two days from date of submission of application.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates can apply online through website www.tnpsc.gov.in on or before 09-08-2015 till 11:59 PM.

Instructions to Apply Online:
1. Before applying online, candidates should have valid email ID & need to scan their latest passport photograph & signature.
2. Log on through website www.tnpsc.gov.in.
3. Click on “Notifications”.
4. Select the desired post & Click on “Apply online”.
5. Read the instructions carefully & fill all the details and Click on submit button.
6. Take a printout copy of application for future use.

Important Dates:
Date of Notification: 10-07-2015.
Last Date for Submission of Online Applications: 09-08-2015 till 11:59 PM.
Last Date for Payment of Fee through Bank or Post Office: 11-08-2015.
Date & Time of Preliminary Examination: 08-11-2015 from 10:00 AM to 01:00 PM.
