• FEES: Rs. 1000/- For all UG/PG Professional Degree courses.

• Submit the written request addressed to "The Controller of Examination, University of Madras, Chepauk, Chennai-600005", furnishing MONTH & YEAR OF LAST APPEARANCE.

• Enclose fees in the form of demand draft drawn from any nationalised bank in favour of "The Registrar, University of Madras".

• Enclose copies of Mark Statements and Provisional Certificate.

• Enclose self addressed stamped (Rs. 30/-) A-4 Size envelop for Chennai candidates and (Rs. 45/-) for outstation candidates.
