TRB: PROVISIONAL SELECTION LIST FOR THE DIRECT RECRUITMENT OF ASSISTANT PROFESSORS IN GOVT. ARTS AND SCIENCE COLLEGES UNDER TAMIL NADU COLLEGIATE EDUCATIONAL SERVICE - 2012

PROVISIONAL SELECTION LIST
      As per notification No.04/2013, dated:28.05.2013, Teachers Recruitment Board conducted Certificate Verification process for the Direct Recruitment of Assistant Professors in Government Arts and Science Colleges-2012.  Certificate Verification was conducted from 25.11.2013 to 06.12.2013 and Special Camp was also conducted from 01.07.2014 to 07.07.2014.  After Certificate Verification  oral interview was conducted for the subjects Computer Application, History, Geography, Tourism, Political Science, Psychology, Sanskrit, Sociology, Visual communication, Indian culture, Human Rights, Commerce (C.A), Commerce (I.B),  in 1:5 ratio  and the marks of which already declared. For the subjects Computer Technology (Comp.Science), Public Administration  and Commerce (E-Com) no eligible candidates.   For the  Subjects Tourism & Travel management and Human Rights selection was not made as per the Court direction.
       Now, TRB releases the Provisional selection list, for the subjects  Computer Application, History, Geography, Tourism, Political Science, Psychology, Sanskrit, Sociology, Visual communication, Indian culture, Commerce (C.A), Commerce (I.B).  The selection list is Prepared   based on Certificate Verification Marks and Oral Interview marks, following merit cum communal rotation as per rules in vogue.  For the subject History seven posts were kept reserved, as per court direction.                                                                                                                                                                       
      This selection list is purely provisional and is subject to the outcome of various Writ Petitions pending before the Hon’ble High Court of Madras.
      The appointment order for the selected candidates, satisfying all conditions will be issued by the Director of Collegiate Education separately after due process.
