2. Dietician: 06 Posts
3. Orthotic Technician: 01 Post
4. Fitter: 01 Post
Age Limit: Candidates age limit should be 18-32 years as on 04-04-2014. Age relaxation will be 3 years for BT, BCM, EBC, OBC, MBC candidates, 5 years for SC candidates & for others will be applicable as per rules.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess H.Sc examination or its equivalent for Sr.No:1 Posts, BA or B.Sc Degree with Chemistry or Physiology as one of the subjects for Sr.No:2 Posts, SSLC or its equivalent for Sr.No:3 Posts, Should have passed III form or its equivalent for Sr.No:4 Posts.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates may send their applications in the prescribed format along with attested photocopies of date of birth certificate, qualification certificates, mark sheets, experience certificate, caste certificates, permanent resident certificate & other relevant documents on or before 04-04-2014 (Extended to 23-05-2014) at 5:00 PM to the Director, Directorate of Health & Family Welfare Services, Victor Simonel Street, Old Maternity Hospital Building, Puducherry-605001.
