ICFRE Vacancies 2012 – Walk in for JRF, Field Asst Posts

Indian Council of Forest Research and Education (ICFRE), Forest Research Institute, Dehradun has issued notification against recruitment of 17 Scientist vacancies. Eligible candidates may apply through prescribed application format on or before 15-10-2012. 1. SFE (Forest Ecology) – 02 vacancies

2. SEM (Environment Management) – 01 vacancy

3. SEE (Environment Economics) – 01 vacancy

4. SCT (Chemistry) – 01 vacancy

5. SHYD (Hydrology) – 02 vacancies

6. SBY (Botany) – 02 vacancies

7. SSS (Soil Science) – 03 vacancies

8. SBC (Biochemistry) – 01 vacancy

Scientist C:

9. SFE (Forest Ecology) – 01 vacancy

10. SBD (Biodiversity) – 01 vacancy

11. SCC (Climate Change) – 01 vacancy

12. SBP (Bio-prospecting) – 01 vacancy

Age Limit: Candidates’ age must be below 30 years for Scientist B posts and below 35 years for Scientist C 

posts. Cutoff date for determining age limit would be 15-10-2012. (Age relaxations will be extended as per Govt. rules).

Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess M.Sc in relevant discipline as per the post applied for, from any recognized University. For further details, refer to the notification,

Application Fee Details: Applicants need to pay application fee of Rs. 200/- in form of Demand Draft drawn in favour of Drawing and Disbursing Officer (DDO) payable at Dehradun from any nationalized bank. SC/ST/PWD and Female candidates are exempted from payment of fee.

Selection Process: Eligible candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in Written Test and Interview.

How to Apply: Candidates need to download application format available in the notification, fill it with all mandatory details, attach photograph, attest signature, super scribe the name of the post to be applied for on the envelope and send it along with DD and copies of all relevant certificates, to the following address, Assistant Director General (Recruitment Board), Indian Council of Forest Research and Education, P.O. New Forest, Dehra Dun – 248006 (Uttarakhand) on or before 15-10-2012.
