I want to know why group 2a non interview counselling letter send for overall rank upto 2200 ...Based on tnpsc reservation rule candiates may call for counselling based on communal rank only....Otherwise is there any second phase counselling.....

i dont know the remaining post 715 got approval from the corresponding department....??????????
group 2A phase i ends on 22.1.2015... those who are got appointment order from phase i counselling is valid up to 6 months...so (22.7.2015) is the last joining date. if any one is not joined due to GROUP 2 interview post.. TNPSC add this vacancy in PHASE II counselling...
advantage is : chance to job for low rankers
drawback is: six month they got salary and seniors to same department (those who got job in PHASE I counselling)
daily i called twice to TNPSC... they said... end of this month or next month

my overall rank in group 2a is 1722. my communual rank is 969 (BC MALE). I already attended the first phase counselling and certificate verification. they said i am in waiting list. in second phase recounselling result, they published my number also.may i have any posting in this second phase counselling? because they published only first phase vaccancy list 715 post maximum only for pstm catogery no vaccancy in general, BC general and etc. so my doubt is will they give the another vaccancy list? kindly reply to my mail ID senthillingam28@gmail.com,ph no 9791204316.
