This is not logically correct. Past years the marks scored was not so easy. Also, the state average for the past years comparing with the latest years is low. The people of age 40+ be affected by this weightage marks. For that, short list the candidates based on the TET marks then give weightage marks for them. After put final list for them.
Also, government consider the experience, seniority and higher qualification for given weightage marks instead of giving weightage marks to plus two.
You see in the ceiling of TET marks given above, for example, those who are getting 90 – 105 comes under the same category. what is the use of getting 105.
