IB Recruitment 2012 – Apply Online for 750 ACIO Vacancies:


Intelligence Bureau (IB) has issued notification against recruitment of 750 Asst Central Intelligence Officer (ASIO) Grade II/Executive Posts. Eligible candidates may apply through Online mode on or before 19-08-2012. Name of Post: Asst Central Intelligence Officer

Age Limit: Candidates’ age must be below 27 years. Cutoff date for determining age limit would be the last date for receipt of application. (Age relaxations will be extended as per Govt. rules).
Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess any Graduate Degree from recognised University or its equivalent qualification.
Selection Process: Eligible candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in Written Test and Personal Interview.
Application Fee Details: Applicants need to pay application fee of Rs. 100/- in form of Challan of State Bank of India or through Net Banking Facility of SBI or through Debit-cum-ATM card of SBI. SC/ST/Women candidates are exempted from payment of fee.
How to Apply: Candidates must apply for the post only through the Online mode and that must be done on or before 19-08-2012. Applications must be submitted through the website www.mha.nic.in.
Instructions for Online Application:
1. Log on to www.mha.nic.in to start the online application process.
2. Select the advertisement link from the Whats New list followed by current notification link.
3. Select the ‘New User’ link if you are applying for the first time.
4. Click on ‘Apply Online Part I’ link, read the provided instructions, check the check box and click on ‘Click Here to Apply Online Link’.
5. Fill all the marked details, check once for errors, upload previously scanned photograph and  Signature at places provided and click on Submit button.
6. Make the payment through Online or Offline mode.
7. Check the payment status and take the print of Registration Slip to be retained for further use.

CBSE-CTET November 2012 – Apply Online for Central Teacher Eligibility Test:

Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has issued notification against recruitment as a teacher for classes I to VIII through Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET). Eligible candidates must apply online on or before 31-08-2012. The other details like Age Limit, Educational Qualification, Selection Procedure, How to Apply and Important Dates are given below…
Name of Examination: Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET-NOV 2012)
Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess Graduation/Senior Secondary plus 2 years Diploma in relevant subject. For further details refer to the notification.
Application Fee Details: General and OBC candidates need to pay Rs. 500/- for any one paper or Rs. 800/- for both the papers as Examination Fee.SC/ST/PWD candidates need to pay Rs. 250/- for any one paper and Rs. 400/- for both the posts. Fee must be paid in form of Demand Draft in favour of the Secretary, Central Board of Secondary Education drawn in any Nationalized Bank payable at Delhi.
Selection Procedure: Selections would be made on basis of performance in Written Examination.
How to Apply: Candidates must apply online through CBSE website on or before 31-08-2012. After submission of Online Application candidates must send the print out of application by Registered or Speed Post on or before 07-09-2012.
Instructions for Online Application:
1. Make payment of fee as per the details mentioned above.
2. Log on to www.cbse.nic.in or www.ctet.nic.in to start the Online Application process.
3. Select ‘Public Portal’ link followed ‘Apply Online’ link besides the notification.
4. Fill all the details carefully, check once for errors and click on Submit button.

Pranab Mukherjee today (25-07-2012) took oath as the 13th President of India




Pranab Mukherjee today sworn-in as the country’s 13th President at an impressive ceremony in the packed and historic Central Hall of Parliament.
Chief Justice of India S H Kapadia administered the oath of office
to Mr Mukherjee in the presence of Vice President Hamid Ansari,
Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, Lok Sabha Speaker Meira Kumar, UPA chairperson Sonia Gandhi, Union Ministers, Governors and a host of dignitaries.
Mr Mukherjee took the oath of office in the name of God in English to “preserve, protect and defend the Constitution and the law”.
Mr Mukherjee was then given a 21-gun salute after which he signed the oath register amid a thunderous applause and thumping of desks.

ஆகஸ்ட் முதல் வாரத்தில் டி.இ.டி. ரிசல்ட்
    தமிழக அரசால் கடந்த 12ம் தேதி நடத்தப்பட்ட, முதல் ஆசிரியர் தகுதித் தேர்வின் முடிவுகள் வரும் ஆகஸ்ட் மாதம் முதல் வாரத்தில் வெளியிடப்படும் என எதிர்பார்க்கப்படுகிறது.

   கடந்த 12ம் தேதி நடந்த, ஆசிரியர் தகுதித் தேர்வில் (டி.இ.டி.,) 6.5 லட்சம் பேர் பங்கேற்கின்றனர். தமிழகம் முழுவதும், 1,027 மையங்களில் பலத்த பாதுகாப்புடன் தேர்வு நடத்தப்பட்டது. இந்த தேர்வில் பங்கேற்றவர்களின் விடைத்தாள்களை, "ஸ்கேன்' செய்யும் பணி, சென்னையில் விறுவிறுப்பாக நடந்து வருகிறது. 

    தினசரி 60 ஆயிரம் முதல் 70 ஆயிரம் விடைத்தாள்கள், "ஸ்கேன்&' செய்யப்படுகின்றன. இந்தப் பணி, வரும் 25ம் தேதி வரை நடக்கும் என, துறை வட்டாரங்கள் தெரிவித்தன.

     அவர்கள் மேலும் கூறியதாவது:விடைத்தாள், "ஸ்கேன்' செய்யும் பணி முடிந்ததும், இணையதளத்தில், உத்தேச விடைகள் வெளியிடப்படும். அதில் ஆட்சேபணை இருந்தால், ஒரு வாரத்தில் தேர்வர் தெரிவிக்க, வாய்ப்பு அளிக்கப்படும். அந்த ஆட்சேபணைகள் குறித்த ஆய்வு, பாட நிபுணர்களைக் கொண்டு மூன்று நாள் நடக்கும்.

    இதன்பின், அனைத்து விடைத்தாளுக்கும் உரிய மதிப்பீடு பணிகளைச் செய்து, அதற்குரிய மதிப்பெண்களை வழங்க நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கப்படும். இவை அனைத்தும் கணினிமயமாக்கப்பட்டு உள்ளதால், மிக விரைவாக மதிப்பீடு செய்யப்பட்டு, மதிப்பெண் அளிக்கப்படும். 

   தேர்வு முடிவு மற்றும் இறுதி விடைகள், ஒரே நேரத்தில் வெளியிடப்படும்.ஆகஸ்ட் முதல் வாரத்தில், முடிவை வெளியிட திட்டமிட்டு உள்ளோம்.இவ்வாறு, துறை வட்டாரங்கள் தெரிவித்தன.

  சிறந்த முறையில் தேர்வுக்குத் தயாரானவர்கள் மட்டுமே தகுதித் தேர்வில் வெற்றி பெற முடியும். எனவே, தகுதித் தேர்வில் தேர்ச்சிப் பெறாதவர்களுக்கு மீண்டும் வாய்ப்பு வழங்குவதற்காக ஆசிரியர் தகுதித் தேர்வு டிசம்பரில் நடத்தப்படுகிறது.

இந்தத் தேர்வில் விண்ணப்பம் வழங்கல், சமர்ப்பித்தல் உள்ளிட்ட அனைத்துப் பணிகளும் ஆன்-லைன் மூலமே நடைபெறும் என்றும் அந்த வட்டாரங்கள் மேலும் தெரிவித்தன.
இலவச கட்டாயக் கல்வி உரிமைச் சட்டத்தின்படி, 1 முதல் 8-ம் வகுப்பு வரை கற்பிக்கும் ஆசிரியர்களுக்கு தகுதித் தேர்வு நடத்தப்பட வேண்டும். பணியில் சேர்ந்துள்ள பட்டதாரி ஆசிரியர்கள், இடைநிலை ஆசிரியர்கள், ஆசிரியர் பட்டதாரிகளுக்கு இந்தத் தேர்வில் தேர்ச்சி பெற 5 ஆண்டுகள் வரை அவகாசம் வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
ஒரு தேர்வர் இந்தத் தேர்வில் ஒருமுறை வெற்றிபெற்றால், 7 ஆண்டுகளுக்கு செல்லத்தக்கதாக இருக்கும்.
தமிழகத்தைப் பொறுத்தவரை, அரசு, அரசு உதவிப் பெறும் பள்ளிகள், தனியார் பள்ளிகளில் 23.08.10-ம் தேதியன்றோ அல்லது அதற்குப் பிறகோ பணியில் சேர்ந்த ஆசிரியர்கள், ஆசிரியர் பணியில் சேர விருப்பமுள்ளவர்கள் இந்தத் தேர்வில் தேர்ச்சி பெற வேண்டும் என்று அறிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

இப்போதுள்ள நடைமுறையின்படி, ஆசிரியர் தகுதித் தேர்வில் பெறும் மதிப்பெண் அடிப்படையில் பட்டதாரி ஆசிரியர் நியமனம் நடைபெறுகிறது. தகுதித் தேர்வில் தேர்ச்சி பெற்றவர்களில் பதிவு மூப்பு அடிப்படையில் இடைநிலை ஆசிரியர்கள் நியமனம் செய்யப்படுகின்றனர்.
ஆசிரியர் தகுதித் தேர்வு தொடர்பாக ஆசிரியர் தேர்வு வாரிய வட்டாரங்கள் கூறியது:
கட்டாயக் கல்வி உரிமைச் சட்டத்தின்படி, ஆசிரியர் தகுதித் தேர்வை ஆண்டுக்கு இருமுறை நடத்தலாம். தமிழகத்தில் ஆண்டுக்கு ஒருமுறை நடத்துவதற்கு மட்டும் அரசாணை பெறப்பட்டுள்ளது.

ஆனால், தேசிய அளவில் இந்தத் தேர்வில் தேர்ச்சி விகிதம் 5 முதல் 10 சதவீதம் வரை மட்டுமே உள்ளது. தமிழகத்தில் ஆசிரியர்களாகப் பணியாற்றுவோர், ஆசிரியர் பட்டதாரிகள் ஆகியோருக்கும் இந்தத் தேர்வு கடினமாக இருக்கும் என்பதில் சந்தேகமில்லை.

இப்போது முதல் முறை என்பதால், விண்ணப்பத்தில் தவறுகள் இருந்தால், அதை சரிசெய்துகொள்ள வாய்ப்புகள் வழங்கப்பட்டன. அடுத்தமுறை ஆன்-லைன் மூலம் விண்ணப்ப விநியோகம், சமர்ப்பிப்புப் பணிகள் நடைபெறும்.

அப்போது, விண்ணப்பத்தில் ஏதேனும் தவறுகள் இருந்தால் அதுவே தகுதிக் குறைவாகக் கருதி விண்ணப்பங்கள் நிராகரிக்கப்படும் என்று அந்த வட்டாரங்கள் தெரிவித்தன.
