TN - அரசுக் கலை, அறிவியல் கல்லூரிகளுக்கு 1,093 உதவிப் பேராசிரியர்கள் தேர்வு

அரசுக் கலை, அறிவியல் கல்லூரிகளுக்கு 1,093 உதவிப் பேராசிரியர்களைத் தேர்வு செய்வதற்கான அறிவிப்பாணையை ஆசிரியர் தேர்வு வாரியம் வெளியிட்டுள்ளது.

இந்தப் பணியிடங்களுக்கான விண்ணப்பங்கள் ஜூன் 19-ம் தேதி முதல் விநியோகம் செய்யப்படுகிறது. விண்ணப்பங்களை வாங்கவும், பூர்த்திசெய்யப்பட்ட விண்ணப்பங்களைச் சமர்ப்பிக்கவும் கடைசி தேதி ஜூலை 10 ஆகும்.

ஆசிரியர் தேர்வு இரண்டு கட்டங்களாக நடைபெறும். முதல் கட்டத்தில் சமர்ப்பிக்கும் சான்றிதழ்களுக்கு மதிப்பெண்ணும், அடுத்தக் கட்டமாக நேர்முகத் தேர்வுக்கு மதிப்பெண்ணும் வழங்கப்படும். மொத்தம் 34 மதிப்பெண் அடிப்படையில் உதவிப் பேராசிரியர்கள் தேர்வு செய்யப்பட உள்ளனர்.

பணி அனுபவத்துக்கு 15 மதிப்பெண்: உதவிப் பேராசிரியர் நியமனத்தில் ஆசிரியர் பணி அனுபவத்துக்கு 15 மதிப்பெண் வழங்கப்படும். பல்கலைக்கழகங்கள், அரசு, அரசு உதவி பெறும் கல்லூரிகள், சம்பந்தப்பட்ட பாடங்களில் தனியார் மருத்துவ கல்லூரிகள், சட்டக் கல்லூரிகள், பொறியியல் கல்லூரிகள் (அனுமதிக்கப்பட்ட பணியிடங்கள்) கணக்கில் எடுத்துக்கொள்ளப்படும்.

கல்வித் தகுதிக்கு 9 மதிப்பெண்: கல்வித் தகுதிக்கு அதிகபட்சமாக 9 மதிப்பெண் வழங்கப்படும். அந்தந்தப் பாடத்தில் பிஎச்.டி. பெற்றவர்களுக்கு 9 மதிப்பெண்ணும், எம்.பில். பட்டமும் ஸ்லெட், நெட் தேர்ச்சியும் பெற்றவர்களுக்கு 6 மதிப்பெண்ணும், பட்டமேற்படிப்புப் பட்டமும் ஸ்லெட், நெட் தேர்ச்சியும் பெற்றவர்களுக்கு 5 மதிப்பெண்ணும் வழங்கப்படும்.

நேர்முகத் தேர்வுக்கு 10 மதிப்பெண்: நேர்முகத் தேர்வுக்கு அதிகபட்சம் 10 மதிப்பெண் வழங்கப்படும். நேர்முகத் தேர்வு இல்லாமல் 24 மதிப்பெண்ணுக்கு விண்ணப்பதாரர் பெறும் வெயிட்டேஜ் மதிப்பெண் அடிப்படையில் பாடவாரியாக ரேங்க் பட்டியல் வெளியிடப்படும். இந்த ரேங்க் பட்டியலில் இருந்து 1:5 என்ற அடிப்படையில் விண்ணப்பதாரர்கள் நேர்முகத் தேர்வுக்கு அழைக்கப்படுவார்கள். 

இந்தப் பணியிடங்களுக்கு விண்ணப்பிப்பதற்கான தகுதி:  பொதுப்பிரிவினராக இருந்தால் 55 சதவீத மதிப்பெண்ணுடன் பட்டமேற்படிப்புப் பட்டம் மற்றும் யு.ஜி.சி., சி.எஸ்.ஐ.ஆர். அமைப்புகள் நடத்தும் நெட், ஸ்லெட் தேர்வுகளில் தேர்ச்சி பெற்றிருக்க வேண்டும் அல்லது பட்ட மேற்படிப்பில் 55 சதவீத மதிப்பெண்ணுடன் பி.எச்.டி. பட்டம் பெற்றிருக்க வேண்டும். எஸ்.சி., எஸ்.டி. பிரிவினர் என்றால் குறைந்தபட்சம் 50 சதவீத மதிப்பெண்ணுடன் பட்ட மேற்படிப்பு மற்றும் நெட், ஸ்லெட் தேர்வுகளில் தேர்ச்சி பெற்றிருக்க வேண்டும் அல்லது 50 சதவீத மதிப்பெண்ணுடன் பி.எச்.டி. பட்டம் பெற்றிருக்க வேண்டும்.

வயது வரம்பு: ஜூலை 1-ம் தேதியுடன் 57 வயது நிரம்பாதவராக இருக்க வேண்டும். மாவட்டத்துக்கு ஒரு கல்லூரி வீதம் 32 மையங்களிலும், சென்னையில் இரண்டு கல்லூரிகளிலும் விண்ணப்பங்கள் விற்பனை செய்யப்படும். விண்ணப்பத்தை ரூ.100 செலுத்திப் பெற்றுக்கொள்ளலாம். பரிசீலனைக் கட்டணமாக விண்ணப்பத்துடன் ரூ.500 செலுத்த வேண்டும். பூர்த்திசெய்யப்பட்ட விண்ணப்பங்களை அந்தந்த மையங்களிலேயே சமர்ப்பிக்கலாம்.

"ஆசிரியர் பயிற்சி படிப்புகளில் சேர்வதற்கு, நாளை (27ம் தேதி) முதல் விண்ணப்பங்கள் வழங்கப்படும்" என, மாநில கல்வியியல் ஆராய்ச்சி பயிற்சி நிறுவன இயக்குனர் இளங்கோவன் தெரிவித்துள்ளார்.

அவரது அறிவிப்பு: வரும் கல்வி ஆண்டில், ஆசிரியர் பயிற்சி நிறுவனங்களில் சேர, மாவட்ட ஆசிரியர் கல்வி மற்றும் பயிற்சி நிறுவனங்களிலும், மாவட்ட முதன்மைக் கல்வி அலுவலகங்களிலும், நாளை (27ம் தேதி) முதல், விண்ணப்பங்கள் வினியோகிக்கப்படும்.

எஸ்.சி., - எஸ்.டி., பிரிவு மாணவர்கள், பிளஸ் 2 தேர்ச்சி பெற்றிருந்தா‌லே போதும். மாணவர் சேர்க்கை, "ஆன்-லைன்" வழியில் நடக்கும். விண்ணப்பிக்கும் மாணவர்கள், சம்பந்தபட்ட மாவட்ட முதன்மைக் கல்வி அலுவலகங்களிலோ அல்லது சி.இ.ஓ., குறிப்பிடும் மையத்திலோ கலந்து கொண்டு, விரும்பிய ஆசிரியர் பயிற்சிப் பள்ளியை தேர்வு செய்யலாம்.

எஸ்.சி., - எஸ்.டி., பிரிவு மாணவர்கள், மாற்றுத்திறனாளிகள், ஆசிரியர் பயிற்சி படிப்பில்சேர, அதிகபட்ச வயது, 35. ஆதரவற்றோர், கணவரால் கைவிடப்பட்ட பெண்கள் மற்றும் விதவைகளுக்கு, அதிகபட்ச வயது, 40. இதர பிரிவு மாணவர்கள், 31.7.13 அன்று, 30 வயதிற்கு மிகாமல் இருக்க வேண்டும். இவ்வாறு, இளங்கோவன் தெரிவித்துள்ளார்.

சி.பி.எஸ்.இ., பிளஸ் 2 முடிவுகள் 27ம் தேதி வெளியீடு

சி.பி.எஸ்.இ., பிளஸ் 2 தேர்வு முடிவுகள், 27ம் தேதி வெளியாகிறது. எனினும், சென்னை மண்டலத்திற்கான தேர்வு முடிவுகள் மட்டும், முன்கூட்டியே, இன்று காலை வெளியாகலாம் என, பள்ளி நிர்வாகிகள் எதிர்பார்க்கின்றனர்.

கடந்த மார்ச்சில், பிளஸ் 2 தேர்வுகள் நடந்தன. தமிழகம், ஆந்திரா, கர்நாடகா, கேரளா, புதுச்சேரி, மகாராஷ்டிரா, அந்தமான் -நிகோபார், கோவா ஆகிய மாநிலங்கள் அடங்கிய சென்னை மண்டலத்தில், 50 ஆயிரத்திற்கும் மேற்பட்ட மாணவர்கள், தேர்வை எழுதினர்.

இதன் முடிவுகளை, பல நாட்களாக, மாணவர்கள் எதிர்பார்த்து வருகின்றனர். தமிழகத்தில், மாநில பாடத்திட்டத்தில் நடந்த பிளஸ் 2 தேர்வு முடிவுகள் வெளியாகி, 20 நாட்களுக்கு மேல் ஆகின்றன. பொறியியல், மருத்துவம் படிப்புகளில் சேர, கடந்த, 20ம் தேதி வரை, விண்ணப்பங்கள் பெறப்பட்டன. கலந்தாய்வு, விரைவில் துவங்க உள்ளது.

பல்லுயிர் பரவினால் உலகம் செழிக்கும்: இன்று சர்வதேச பல்லுயிர் பரவல் தினம்

           பூமியில் ஒவ்வொரு உயிரினத்திற்கும் ஒரு வாழ்க்கை முறை, வாழ்விடம் உள்ளது. ஒவ்வொன்றும் மற்றொன்றை சார்ந்துள்ளது. பல்லுயிரிகள் இருந்தால் தான், பூமியில் சமநிலை ஏற்படும். நமக்கு தேவையான உணவு, மருத்துவம் மற்றும் இதர தேவைகளுக்கு பல்லுயிர்களை சார்ந்து இருக்கிறோம்.

 

         பல்லுயிரிகளுக்கான வாழ்விடங்களை பாதுகாக்க வலியுறுத்தி, மே 22ம் தேதி சர்வதேச பல்லுயிர் தினம் கடைபிடிக்கப்படுகிறது.

     "பல்லுயிர் மற்றும் தண்ணீர்" என்பது இந்தாண்டு இத்தினத்தின் மையக் கருத்து. மனிதன், பல்லுயிர் மற்றும் இயற்கை என அனைத்துக்கும் தண்ணீர் அவசியம். பூமியில் உள்ள நீர் மற்றும் நிலத்தில் வாழும் எண்ணற்ற உயிரின வகைகளின் (பறவை, விலங்குகள், மரங்கள், தாவரங்கள்) தொகுப்பு, "பல்லுயிர் பரவல்" எனப்படுகிறது.

       17ம் நூற்றாண்டில் ஏற்பட்ட தொழிற்புரட்சிக்கு பிறகு, பூமி பெரிய அழிவுகளை சந்தித்து வருகிறது. பல லட்சம் எக்டேர் பரப்பளவில் காடுகளும், நுண்ணியிரிகள் முதல் பெரிய உயிரினங்கள் வரையிலான வாழ்விட சூழல்களும் அழிக்கப்படுகின்றன. பருவநிலை மாற்றம், வெப்பமயமாதல் போன்றவற்றால் இயற்கை பாதிப்பிற்குள்ளாகிறது. இதன் காரணமாக, பல்லுயிரிகள் பாதிப்புக்குள்ளாகின்றன.


     இந்தியாவில் இமயமலை, மேற்கு தொடர்ச்சி மலை ஆகியவற்றில் பலவகையான மருத்துவ குணமிக்க தாவரங்கள், மரங்கள், உயிரினங்கள் காணப்படுகின்றன. இந்தியா நீண்ட கடற்கரையைக் கொண்டுள்ளது. இதில் ஏரளாமான கடல்வாழ் உயிரினங்கள் வாழ்கின்றன.

         நாட்டில் பல வகையான காடுகளும் உள்ளன. இவற்றில் வாழும் பலவகையான உயிரினங்கள் அழிந்து வருகின்றன. எஞ்சியிருப்பதையாவது பாதுகாத்தால் தான், எதிர்கால உலகம் வாழத் தகுதியாக இருக்கும்.

Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess Higher Secondary Course or Pre-University Examination or Diploma in Rural Services awarded by the National Council for Rural Higher Education with Co-operation as one of the Subjects for S.No 1 Post; Must have passed the Intermediate Examination or Pre-University of any University recognized by the University Grants Commission for the purpose of its grant or Higher Secondary Examination for S.No 2 Post with relevant experience.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on Written Examination and Oral Test for S.No 1 Post and Written Examination for S.No 2 Post.

Application Fee: Candidates need to pay the fee of Rs.150/- (Examination Fee Rs.100/- + Cost of Application Rs.50/-) through Online of Offline mode. Those who have registered in the One-Time Registration system and paid the registration fee of Rs.50/- and received the registration ID need not pay the application fee for a period of 5 years from the date of registration even if he applies for any other posts subsequently notified by the Commission. But those candidates shall pay examination fee (if applicable). For Online payment fee must be paid through Net Banking, using Credit Card or Debit Card. For Offline payment fee can be paid through Challan (generated from bank’s website) in any Indian Bank branch or Post Office on or before 12-06-2013.

How to Apply: Interested candidates can apply online through the website www.tnpsc.gov.in or www.tnpscexams.net by filling all the mandatory details on or before 10-06-2013. After submission of online application form, candidates are required to take print out for future reference.

1. Candidates are first required to log on to the TNPSC’s website www.tnpsc.gov.in or www.tnpscexams.net
2. Click “Apply online” to open up the On-Line Application Form.
3. Select the name of the post or service for which you wish to apply.
4. If you already have Unique ID, please enter the Unique ID and password to view the already available information and update them, if necessary.
5. If you do not have valid ID, please enter all the required particulars without skipping any field.
6.  Candidates are required to upload their photograph and signature.
7. Candidates should pay the examination fee through offline or online mode as mentioned above.
8.  Fill all the payment details in the online application form.
9. Candidates must note the registration number and password for further reference.
10. After submitting the online application candidates must take the print of the online application for future reference.

Research and Analysis Wing (RAW or R&AW) and National Investigation Agency (NIA)

The Research and Analysis Wing (RAW or R&AW) is the main external intelligence agency of the Republic of India. It was formed in September 1968 under the helmsman-ship of its first Director, R. N. Kao. The primary function of the R&AW is collection of external intelligence and counter-terrorism. In addition, it is responsible for obtaining and analyzing information about foreign governments, corporations, and persons, to advise Indian policymakers. RAW’s Headquarters is in New Delhi.

National Investigation Agency (NIA) is a federal agency approved by the Indian Government to combat terror in India. The agency is empowered to deal with terror related crimes across states without special permission from the states. The National Investigation Agency Bill 2008 to create the agency was moved in Parliament by Union Home Minister on 31 December 2008. NIA was created after the Nov 2008 Mumbai terror attacks as need for a central agency to combat terrorism was realised. NIA’s Headquarters is in New Delhi.
