TETல் தேர்ச்சி பெற்றும் இரட்டை பட்டம் காரணமாக பணி வழங்கப்படதோர் தொடுத்த வழக்கு இன்று மதுரை கோர்டில் தள்ளுபடி செய்யப்பட்டது . கடந்த TET தேர்வில் வெற்றி பெற்றும் இரட்டை பட்டம் காரணமாக ஆசிரியர் தேர்வு வாரியம் இவர்களுக்கு பணி நியமனம் வழங்கவில்லை. இதனால் பாதிக்கப்பட்ட ஆசிரியர்கள் ஒன்றிணைந்து மதுரை உயர்நீதிமன்றத்தில் வழக்கு தொடுத்தனர். அதில் தங்கள் தரப்பு வாதங்களை முழுமையாக பதிவு செய்தனர் . இவ்வழக்கின் மீது கடந்த 21.12.2012 முதல் விசாரணை நடைபெற்று வந்தது. இறுதியாக இன்று(29.01.2013) தீர்ப்பளித்த நீதிபதி திரு.இராம சுப்பிரமணியம் அவர்கள், இரட்டை பட்டங்கள் ஆசிரியர் பணிக்கு செல்லாது என்று தீர்ப்பளித்து மனுவை தள்ளுபடி செய்தார்.

TNTEU-வரும் கல்வி ஆண்டில் பி.எட்., எம்.எட். படிப்புகளுக்கான பாடத்திட்டத்தை மாற்ற தமிழ்நாடு ஆசிரியர் கல்வியியல் பல்கலைக்கழகம் முடிவுசெய்துள்ளது.

தமிழ்நாட்டில் 600–க்கும் மேற்பட்ட கல்வியியல் கல்லூரிகள் இயங்கி வருகின்றன. இவை அனைத்தும் சென்னையில் உள்ள தமிழ்நாடு ஆசிரியர் கல்வியியல் பல்கலைக்கழகத்தின் கீழ் செயல்படுகின்றன. முன்பு ஒவ்வொரு கல்வியியல் கல்லூரியும் அருகில் உள்ள பல்கலைக்கழகங்களுடன் இயங்கி வந்தன.

இந்த நிலையில், அனைத்து என்ஜினீயரிங் கல்லூரிகளும் அண்ணா பல்கலைக்கழகத்தின்கீழ் இயங்கி வருவதைப் போன்று எல்லா கல்வியியல் கல்லூரிகளையும் ஒரே குடையின்கீழ் கொண்டுவரும் வண்ணம் தமிழ்நாடு ஆசிரியர் கல்வியியல் பல்கலைக்கழகம் தொடங்கப்பட்டது. இந்தியாவிலேயே ஆசிரியர் கல்விக்கென தனியே ஒரு பல்கலைக்கழகம் ஆரம்பிக்கப்பட்டது தமிழ்நாட்டில்தான் என்பது குறிப்பிடத்தக்கது.

ஆசிரியர் கல்வியியல் படிப்பில் அவ்வப்போது புதிய மாறுதல்களை ஆசிரியர் பல்கலைக்கழகம் செய்து வருகிறது. மத்திய அரசு கொண்டுவந்த இலவச கட்டாய கல்வி உரிமைச் சட்டத்தின்படி, இடைநிலை, பட்டதாரி ஆசிரியர்களுக்கு தகுதித்தேர்வு கட்டாயமாக்கப்பட்டு இருக்கிறது.

இதைத்தொடர்ந்து, பி.எட். படிக்கும் மாணவ–மாணவிகள் படித்துக்கொண்டிருக்கும்போதே ஆசிரியர் தகுதித்தேர்வுக்கு தயாராகும் பொருட்டு தகுதித்தேர்வு பாடத்திட்டம் கடந்த ஆண்டு பாடத்திட்டத்தில் தேர்வுசெய்யக்கூடிய ஒரு பாடமாக சேர்க்கப்பட்டது. இந்த நிலையில், இன்றைய கல்வித்தேவைக்கு ஏற்ப பி.எட். எம்.எட். எம்.பில். (கல்வியியல்) படிப்புகளுக்கான பாடத்திட்டத்தை மாற்ற ஆசிரியர் கல்வியியல் பல்கலைக்கழகம் முடிவு செய்துள்ளது.

அதன்படி, கல்வியியலிலும், கற்பித்தலிலும் ஏற்பட்டு இருக்கும் நவீன முன்னேற்றங்களை மாணவர்கள் அறிந்துகொள்ளும் வகையில் பாடத்திட்டத்தில் ஏராளமான மாற்றங்கள் செய்யப்பட உள்ளன. மேற்கண்ட படிப்புகளுக்கான புதிய பாடத்திட்டம் வரும் கல்வி ஆண்டில் (2013–2014) முதல் அமல்படுத்தப்படும் என்று தமிழ்நாடு ஆசிரியர் கல்வியியல் பல்கலைக்கழக துணைவேந்தர் பேராசிரியர் ஜி.விஸ்வநாதன் ‘தினத்தந்தி’ நிருபரிடம் தெரிவித்தார்.

ஆசிரியர் கல்வியியல் பல்கலைக்கழகத்தின் பட்டமளிப்புவிழா அண்மையில் நடந்து முடிந்த நிலையில், 2010–2011, 2011–2012–ம் கல்வி ஆண்டில் பி.எட். எம்.எட். படித்து முடித்த ஒரு லட்சத்து 20 ஆயிரம் பேருக்கு பட்டச் சான்றிதழ் (டிகிரி சர்டிபிகேட்) தயாரிப்பு பணிகள் மும்முரமாக நடந்து வருகின்றன. இப்பணி 50 சதவீதம் முடிவடைந்துவிட்டது.

எஞ்சியுள்ள பணிகளும் விரைவாக முடிக்கப்பட்டு ஒரு லட்சத்து 20 ஆயிரம் பி.எட்., எம்.எட். பட்டதாரிகளுக்கும் அடுத்த மாதம் (பிப்ரவரி) 15–ந் தேதிக்குள் பட்டச்சான்றிதழ் கிடைக்க பல்கலைக்கழகம் ஏற்பாடு செய்துள்ளது.

இதற்காக சென்னை, கோவை, மதுரை, சேலம், திருநெல்வேலி உள்பட 6 விநியோக மையங்கள் அமைக்கப்பட்டு பல்கலைக்கழக அதிகாரிகள் சான்றிதழை வழங்குவார்கள். சம்பந்தப்பட்ட கல்வியியல் கல்லூரியின் முதல்வர்கள் அருகே உள்ள மையங்களுக்குச் சென்று தங்கள் கல்லூரி மாணவ–மாணவிகளுக்கான பட்டச்சான்றிதழை வாங்கிக்கொள்ள வசதிகள் செய்யப்பட்டு வருகின்றன. பின்னர் மாணவ–மாணவிகள் தாங்கள் படித்த கல்லூரிகளில் பட்டச்சான்றிதழை பெற்றுக்கொள்ளலாம்.
